Data processed and purposes

The name, phone number, e-mail address and message content you share via the contact form are processed to respond to your request, manage appointment/information processes and communicate with you.

If your message contains information about your health, this is considered special-category personal data and is processed solely on the basis of your explicit consent, for the purpose of handling your request. You are not required to share health information in the form.

If you give cookie consent, site usage statistics are processed to improve our services.

Legal basis and transfers

Data is processed under KVKK art. 5/2(c) (performance of a contract), art. 5/2(f) (legitimate interest), and — for special-category data and international transfers — your explicit consent under arts. 6 and 9.

As per your contact preference, your message is routed via WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) infrastructure, which involves transfer abroad. Analytics data is processed by Google LLC. If you request treatment coordination, your information may be shared with the relevant healthcare institution only to the extent necessary.

Retention

Personal data is retained for as long as required by the processing purpose and statutory limitation periods, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights under KVKK art. 11

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know third parties to whom it is transferred, request correction, deletion or destruction, object to results arising from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damages.
