What data do we collect?

Pre-assessment / contact form: your name, phone number, e-mail address and message. When you submit the form, this information is recorded on our server so that we can evaluate your request; we are also notified by e-mail, and if you provided an e-mail address you receive an acknowledgement.

Together with the form record we store the time of your consent, your IP address and browser information (User-Agent), in order to evidence consent and prevent abuse.

You may contact us by WhatsApp or phone instead of using the form; in that case no form record is created.

Server logs: standard access records such as IP address, timestamp and requested page, kept for a limited period for security and debugging.

Analytics cookies (only with your consent): anonymised visit statistics via Google Analytics 4.

Cookies

Essential cookies: cookies required for the site to function, such as the language preference (NEXT_LOCALE), do not require consent.

Analytics cookies: Google Analytics cookies (_ga and variants) are activated only if you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner. You can reset your choice at any time by clearing your browser data.

If you do not consent, no analytics cookies are written; the site continues to work fully.

Data transfers

Your form record is kept on our own server. The notification sent to our team and the acknowledgement sent to you are delivered through Google Workspace (Google LLC) infrastructure, which means the e-mail content is processed on servers abroad.

If you choose to write via WhatsApp, your message is routed through WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), which also involves transfer abroad and happens only at your own choice.

Analytics data is processed on Google LLC servers. Data is never sold to third parties.
